Waiting for 2013Eagle River's annual ice castle construction has been a community tradition for nearly eighty years! Over 3,000 ten-inch ice blocks are cut from a local lake using antique ice equipment, trucked to town, and placed and sculpted into a breathtaking new design every year! Located on a major snowmobile trail through Eagle River, everyone stops to have their picture taken in front of the Ice Castle!

| Hodag Country FestivalJuly 7, 8, 9 & 10 2011Day after day, we've lined up some of the most talented country music artists & bands for your pleasure.From Saturday, July 2nd, 2011 until Sunday, July 10th, 2011 we also have fun with various artists in the Pavilion. The Pavilion is a large open building located to the east of the main stage, where you can buy official HCF T-shirts and other souvenirs like sweatshirts, jackets, and all sorts of things.
