February, 08 2010It was a beautiful weekend again, sun is out with light thin clouds. Weatherman says some snow this week. The Snowmobile and Cross Country Ski trails will be in good shpe. The Ice Castle is up. The harvesting of the ice, the start of the building, and the night photos of the ice castle are in the photos sections under Neighborhood. Some cottages still have availability for mid week or weekend get a ways for the next few weeks. The Muskie off one of the docks that has been teasing a few of us all summer now has a rest period until next spring. Bond Falls was looking very good a few weeks ago. It was just starting to get a good icing. Besides the snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing do not forget a slide or two down a hill with a big inner tube. |
